Kalpavriksham Trust, in collaboration with Privaram Cancer Hospital, conducted a Cancer Awareness Talk at Hope Charitable Rehabilitation Centre for Women, Egmore. The session educated around 35 participants on the importance of mammograms and Pap smear tests, highlighting their vital role in the early detection of cancer. The speaker clearly explained the procedures, benefits, and significance of these screening methods, encouraging participants to take proactive steps toward their health. This initiative aimed to raise awareness about preventive healthcare and empower women to prioritize their well-being through timely screenings, informed decision-making, and early detection practices.
